Frequently asked questions about the personalised photo pillow

Can I print multiple photos on the personalised pillow?

Yes, you can create a collage out of several pictures and have it printed on your pillow case. To do so, use the free collages in our pillow designer.

Can I wash the photo cushion in the washing machine?

Our printed photo pillows are washable at 30°C. We couldn’t notice any fading of the picture, even after several washing cycles. The print on the cushion is very resistant.

How long does it take for the pillow to arrive at my house?

Our pillows with photo are ready to be sent within 24 h and are then handed over to our expedition partners.

Is there any smell coming from the photo print on the pillow case?

No, there isn’t. We use a very high temperature when printing the pillow cases. That’s why any smells disappear very quickly. Your printed pillow cases will not have any disturbing smells when arriving at your home.

The photo print measures approx. 35 x 35 cm. Depending on the motif, the print area can vary a little. As a comparison: Your individual photo pillow measures 40 x 40 cm.

Yes, it is. Your personalised pillow case comes with its filling. The printed cuddly cushion is ready for use right away.
