Shipping Costs, Delivery Times and Payment

1. Standard Shipping

The majority of our products are ready for shipment within 24 hours. A handful of our products require more production time. You can review exact time frames in your cart, the product details section, or the list of products. Please be aware that we cannot control delivery timelines as determined by the shipping company.

1.1 Prerequisites
Shipment is executed solely during business days (Saturday is not considered a business day) in accordance with the following prerequisites:

• Receipt of payment has been fully completed
• The shipping address is complete and correct

1.2 Shipping Company
Worldwide shipping of all packages and parcels is executed by DHL.

1.3 Shipping for Orders Paid via Bank Transfer
Should you choose to pay in advance via bank transfer, in our experience, confirmation of receipt of payment typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on the credit institution. Shipment therefore undergoes a proportionate, if not greater, increase in processing time.

1.4 Quality Control
If our quality control team is not satisfied with the workmanship of the product you have ordered, then it will be recreated. In such an event, the delivery timeline will increase by one business day. In the event of long-term delivery difficulties, you will be notified by our customer service team. Please be aware that we cannot control delivery timelines as determined by the shipping company.

1.5 Shipping Large Volume Orders (50 items or more)
In the event that a large quantity of items is ordered (50 items or more), the production timeline will undergo a proportionate increase. Exact production times can be requested via email at mengenanfragen@personello.com.

1.6 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the content of your order. In so doing, the weight and quantity of the items ordered are taken into account. The shipping costs owed can be reviewed directly in your cart prior to payment. Please also verify that both your order and shipping address are complete and correct before placing your order. This is the only way to ensure your items will be delivered without any issues. 

2. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For shipments sent to a non-European Union country, customs duties and import taxes will be owed. The recipient is responsible for paying the aforementioned taxes. Personello cannot influence taxation rates, nor can it provide any estimations regarding taxation amount. 3. Payment

Your order total (unit price/item + shipping costs) is calculated and indicated directly in your cart. Payment for your order can be done via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
